À propos

This activity-oriented, intensive program will provide senior managers and directors with practical tools to create high performance teams while working remotely.

This shared reality across all businesses and segments of society is well described as a VUCA* condition- VolatileUncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous, and requires a different leadership capability to navigate through the confusion to re-emerge stronger and smarter after acute crisis management shifts into the new business reality and way of working together. The fundamental question is whether your leadership is positioned to both respond to the current urgent challenges while focusing on what we need to learn for future business challenges.
